2018 Indoor Core Workouts
When: Monday and Fridays 5-6pm (Jan 19 to Mar 23)
Where: Christ Community Church – Blackberry Creek Campus (40W098 Galena Blvd, Aurora): take Orchard Rd to Galena Blvd (about 2.0 miles south of I-88), go west on Galena past Blackberry Farm to the campus (about 1.1 miles).
For the last few minutes on most Fridays, EJ Klages will discuss/demonstrate principals of self-defense.
Please bring something to workout upon (yoga mat or towel); this will “soften” the floor. Also bring a water bottle.
Reminder that we are guests and that we need to have “inside” voices. All family members are welcome to participate.
