Indoor track workout at the Vaughn Athletic Center located at 2121 W Indian Trail, Aurora. Please bring water and be ready to run. If you can only come for an hour or so, let a coach know when you arrive/leave.
The Vaughn Center is pay each time you use the facility; Field House Track Day Pass rates are $2 for Fox Valley Park District residents and $3 for non-residents. Before the first use, there will be a waiver to be filled out.
